Emotions are never permanent.
Actually, emotion comes from ‘motion’, meaning movement.
Now you are angry. Now you are happy. Now you are sad. And so on.
There’s nothing wrong with feeling angry or expressing anger. However, understanding is liberating.
- Suppression means only trying to hide certain energies that are there, not allowing them to have their being, not allowing them to have their manifestation.
- Transformation means changing energies, moving them toward a new dimension.
Three ways to act when you feel anger and its consequences:
1. Supression.
You pull the energy back to the original source. It moves back to you. Till the day you will explode.
2. Expression.
When you express your anger, you are throwing out your energy.
3. Alertness.
It pulls the energy upwards. Sadness is there, anger is there. Just watch. They will slowly pass by.
