Gratitude makes you happier.
Gratitude makes you healthier.
Gratitude makes you a better person.
Gratitude makes you present.
Gratitude strenghthens your faith in the not-yet seen.
Being in a state of gratitude is about having an awareness of, and a deep appreciation for, the many miracles of life.
Write it down
1. Keep a daily journal on things you’re grateful for. (even the things that annoy you)
2. Write Thank-You notes.
