How the Law of Attraction Works

Perhaps you don’t believe in it.

Perhaps you don’t understand it.

It doesn’t matter.

It works because it’s a law of nature.

 

The Law of Attraction: Definition

The Law of Attraction says that you will attract into your life whatever you focus on. Whatever you give your energy and attention to will come back to you.

You think of a car accident, you’ll have a car accident.

You think of a brand new car, you’ll have a brand new car.

As simple as that.

 

How can I get what I want? Three steps.

1. You ask.

2. The Universe answers. Always.

3. You allow it in.

This is a very important step: You tune the vibrational frequency of your being to match the vibrational frequency of your desire.

 

Why is it taking me so long to get what I want?

Am I not wanting it enough?

Am I not intelligent enough?

Am I not worthy enough?

Is fate against me?

No.

Your vibration doesn’t match the vibration of your desire.

 

How can I vibrate the way of my desire?

You are energy. Pure and Simple

You are connected. You are connected to everything and everyone.

You are powerful. You are far more powerful than you realize. You are creating everything in your life.

First, begin to accept yourself as a vibrational being.

Whatever you are giving your attention to causes you to emit a vibration, and the vibrations that you offer equal your asking, which equals your point of attraction.

 

How can I know what I am attracting?

By paying attention to the way you feel, you can easily know if you are giving your attention to your desire or if you are giving it to the absence of your desire.

Emotions are your guidance system.

“You have two sets of feelings: good feelings and bad feelings. And you know the difference between the two because one makes you feel good, and the other makes you feel bad. It’s the the depression, it’s the anger, it’s the resentment, it’s the guilt. It’s those feelings that don’t make you feel empowered. Those are the bad feelings.”—Lisa Nichols.

 

What stands on my way to get what I want?

Your thoughts.

Thoughts are things. Every single thought you have is a statement of your desires to the universe.

Yet your attention must be on it, not on the lack of it.

Don’t worry about your uncontrolled thoughts. You have plenty of time to begin to choose other less resistant thoughts.

 

How can I control my thoughts?

You don’t have to make an effort to control your thoughts, but instead, to make an effort to, more or less guide your thoughts. It’s about reaching for a feeling.
